The hotel is great, rooms are big, breakfest is awesome. there is a gym and a spa for the guests.

Facilities: We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality and ambiance of the facilities. Staff: • Matias (General Manager at New York Café and White Salon Restaurant ): Demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and a welcoming demeanor. • Martin, Teodora, Zina, Adrienne, and Zita: Each staff member was notably helpful, accommodating, and exhibited a genuine passion for their roles. Their dedication significantly enhanced our experience. • Rebeka: Proactively addressed an issue with our room by providing a thoughtful written communication, which we greatly appreciated. Spa Experience: We thoroughly enjoyed a rejuvenating 90-minute couples massage, which added to the overall relaxation of our stay. Overall, the combination of outstanding facilities and dedicated staff made our visit truly memorable.

Gorgeous & spacious room & bathroom, friendly staff, good room service offer with easy in-app ordering, plenty of toiletries including for the bidet, comfy bed, big TV with Chromecast, excellent location, spectacular architecture, including the elevators. I liked the steam sauna which was very effective. Access to amazing tables at White Salon with fantastic views (without the noise & bustle) of New York Café

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the hotel and the Concierge was helpful booking my requirements. One of the greeters just inside the front entrance, brought my luggage to my room and showed me and explained all and functioning of my room contents.. I enjoyed the time and my late lunch food in the NY Cafe,,, and the pianist..the decor is beyond words.

All is great with the hotel and staff. Staff is always helpful, including reception, room service, restaurant, bar and spa. When small inconveniences occur with pool, the staff immediately suggest nearest facilities at same rating hotel with a free transfer to and back. Upper management is always in touch with personnel to help and satisfy customer need, - what a great service class- an example for competitors and partners! This Hotel, the bar and White salon restaurant, the New York cafe I would suggest as "must visit" in Budapest for those, who value best accommodation, food and service in Europe. It is a convenient own garage parking with straight lift to the hotel. The air quality in corridors and rooms are good. I also have an impression, that all latest WHO recommendations for COVID-19 prophilactice are kept and strictly followed by personnel.

This is a beautifully deisgned and furnished hotel - keeping up (almost) the Italian Renessaise style of its famous cafe - The New York Cafe. The front desk staff were all good and charming. Its an event to stay here.

Beautiful hotel, a lot of character and history, wonderful Acqua di Parma amenities in the room, very comfortable and equipped room, super attentive service, not only in the reception but also in the spa and restaurants. Best fitness center I've seen in a hotel, brand new TechnoGym equipment. Breakfast is served in the New York Cafe, what an ambience and we've been pampered by Zsolt, making our start of the day special. We celebrated our wedding anniversary in a memorable dinner in the White Salon, thanks to special attention from Domokos. Location is also excellent, you are in walking distance of main attractions and can also experience less touristic restaurants in the area. I would recommend booking the spa in advance, great value and service.

Everything - from the moment we arrived until we left it was perfect. Our room was lovely(and huge) and the bath was amazing! The air conditioning worked very well. They did a lovely turn down service and were more than happy to top up your tea and coffee when requested. The room service was exceptional. The SPA was amazing and had one of the best massages of my life Breakfast was great - there were loads of continental options and you could have as many hot food options as you wanted. It was also served in the stunning New York Cafe. Coffee was great. By far the best thing about his hotel however is the staff, from the cleaners to the concierge to the waitors everyone was so lovely and made my sister and I feel truly special. We struggled to leave the hotel!

This was a perfect Christmas vacation and Anantara hotel was amazing! The breakfast is soooo good, there is a very rich buffet with everything you can want with the best service, if you consider booking this definitely add the breakfast (real bacon, blueberries, strawberry, pastries of all kinds, cheese and sausages platters, salads, and a la cart manu and more....) Obviously the cafe (restaurant) is beautiful too... Picture perfect. Our room (junior suite) was luxury at its best the bathroom was huge the bed was comfy the room was very spacious we felt like royalty. **Thank for the upgrade nice reception lady :). The rooms are very clean, the cleaner visited at least twice a day and made sure to make our bed so it was ready for sleep(folding the corner of the bed sheets as if we were invited to enter into bed). We loved the spa, we had the furniture to be in the pool almost alone. Concierge service was very helpful and nice.

But trust me—these guys understand what true luxury means. Every detail ensures you leave feeling like your money was exceptionally well spent. From the moment you step into the atrium, I guarantee one word will come to mind: WOW. It feels like stepping into a royal palace from the 1900s. Every corner tells a story, every detail is thought through—an architectural masterpiece. And then there’s the breakfast. Five stars, no corners cut. First-class ingredients, first-class service. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee while a pianist or a string quartet plays in the background. The staff? Exceptional. A special shoutout to Teodora and Zoltan, two young professionals who redefine hospitality with their politeness and expertise. And let’s talk about housekeeping—twice a day! Need your room made up in the afternoon? No problem. And now, the biggest surprise: management. Usually, they’re just names on an organizational chart, detached from the real experience. But here, you can feel the presence of a leader who keeps everything running like clockwork, down to the smallest details. His name? Tamas Fazekas. Every single issue I’ve ever noticed in Hiltons, Sheratons, and other “luxury” hotels—the little things that made me roll my eyes and think, Seriously?—this guy has fixed them all. I’m starting a fan club.
